In the Foundation You approach, first and foremost we discover what kind of movement you enjoy and subsequently what kind of movement supports you to achieve your dreams. This is a primal, natural, integrated and fun approach to movement.
Mind-Body Connection and Embodiment.
You become what you practice, think and say. This part is crucial in creating lasting change in your life. In the Foundation You approach, you will receive more than just intellectual ideas, you will learn practical techniques to ground information in your body, i.e. embodied knowledge/wisdom. These are designed to shape who you become and ultimately your experience of life.
Lifestyle.
In order to be thriving, looking and feeling your best you need to make sure you have a lifestyle that backs those ambitions. In the Foundation You approach we look at 6 foundational principles:
