Prevention doesn’t mean:
- Following the latest Instagram fitness trends…
- Biohacking every single task of your day…
- Losing X amount of weight and thinking you’re sorted…
Prevention means: knowing yourself.
Only then can you evaluate, choose, and create a solid plan that keeps you well—so you can be the best version of yourself for your family and everyone whose life you touch throughout your journey.
Here’s what I know to be true about facilitating change, healing, and transformation for myself and others over the past 15 years:
If you create the space to see the person where they are, listen to them, and identify what it’s worth for them to change or transform their challenge, pain, or injury into an opportunity to deepen their learning and understanding about themselves, amazing things happen:
- Motivation and drive to improve and show up (even when it’s hard and resistance pops up)
- A greater sense of clarity about what works and what doesn’t (I will help you connect the dots and fill in the blanks)
- You start implementing routines that reset your rhythms (sleep, eat, movement, breathing, thinking, hydration)
- You learn how much exercise and rest you need to live your dream (not someone else’s)
- Your energy levels rise, and you feel more at home in your skin
- And yes, you start losing excess weight once your body returns to a more balanced state.
At my integrative health clinic, Foundation You, I offer exactly that.
I work with people from all walks of life, but they all have one thing in common: they know something needs to be addressed, changed, improved, or healed.
My approach isn’t for everyone, but it works for those willing to show up and do the work.
